Decision:

Application by the Authority for leave to cross-appeal a compensation award made by the British Columbia Expropriation Compensation Board pursuant to the Expropriation Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 125. The Authority also applied for an extension of time in which to bring the cross-appeal should that be required. The Claimant had earlier sought and obtained leave to appeal the same compensation award.

The Court granted leave to appeal on one of the two grounds of appeal advanced. It also held that an extension of time was not required.
