Decision: |
Application by property owners for review of the decision of a single judge refusing to grant leave to appeal from a decision of the British Columbia Expropriation Compensation Board. The Board had refused to dismiss a claim for compensation brought against the Corporation of Delta by the Applicants. Although the Applicants had been successful before the Board the Applicants were dissatisfied with the Board's reasons for doing so. The present application was dismissed with costs. |
