The Online Subscription Service is a paid service which provides full online access
to the ExLaw case law collection.
Online Subscription Service customers can use several additional features
not available to Free Case Law users
including advanced search tools and full text reasons for decision.
In addition the Online Subscription Service does not contain any advertising.

On sign-up you will obtain a one-day trial period for $9.95 (CAD). Thereafter, the service is priced at $29.95 (CAD) per month.
The cost of the trial period will be deducted from the first month's charge.

Sign up for the Online Subscription Service by clicking on the payment button below.
We use PayPal secure payment services to process all transactions. If you do not have
an existing PayPal account, you will need a credit card. After establishing your
account, PayPal will provide you with a user name and password for access to the
ExLaw Online Subscription Service. You will then be returned to ExLaw
where your user name and password can be used immediately.

On sign up you will be billed for the initial one-day trial period. If you like
the service and wish to continue, do nothing. At the end of the trial period, you
will be billed for your first regular one-month term less the amount paid for the
one-day trial. Thereafter your access will be renewed automatically at the beginning
of each month at the regular rate. However, if you decide to cancel, there will be
no further charges. You may cancel the service at any time. On cancellation you can
continue to use the service for the remainder of the current term that you have purchased.
Hint: If you are interested only in obtaining copies of specific cases, sign
up for the $9.95 one-day trial period. This will give you unlimited access to the
collection for one day. Just ensure that you cancel the same day and there will be
no further charges. There is no limit to the number of times that you may purchase
a one-day trial.

Click a "Log In" button (found in the right-side column on most pages)
and enter the ExLaw user name and password provided to you by PayPal when prompted.

| Cancellation |
If you wish to cancel your subscription, click on the Unsubscribe button below to access
your PayPal account. Use the Manage Automatic Payments feature inside PayPal to access your
subscription details and cancel the Online Subscription Service.
