Decision: Application by the Claimant to the Alberta Land Compensation Board for an order pursuant to the Expropriation Act, R.S.A. 1980, c. E-16, fixing costs to be paid by the Respondent expropriating authority. The Board had previously awarded costs to the Claimant. The claim for costs was presented in the total amount of $33,873.74.
