The annual British Columbia Expropriation Association Seminar is set to go ahead on October 27 and 28, 2000 at the Pacific Palisades Hotel in Vancouver.

This seminar has been conducted annually since 1993. This year for the first time advance registrations reached capacity on October 20th and a short waiting list is now in use.
