Application by the Claimants to the British Columbia Expropriation Compensation Board pursuant to the Expropriation Act, S.B.C. 1987, c. 23, for an order determining the amount of costs payable by the Respondent to the Claimant pursuant to a previous award of the Board. The Claimants sought a cost award totalling $105,991.85 for legal and appraisal expenses, including taxes and interest. Prior to the hearing the Respondent had advanced a sum of $75,670.32 to the Claimant on account of costs.
