Statutory rights of way in British Columbia

Amending statute

1.	Subsection (1) of section 2 of the Land Registry Act, being chapter 208 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960, is amended by relettering clauses (a), (b), and (c) of the definition of "right-of-way" as clauses (b), (c), and (d) and by inserting the following as clause (a):--
		(a)	public rights of passage with or without vehicles; or.
4.	Subsection (1) of section 24 is amended by inserting, after the words "an improvement district," in the fifth line, the words "a water-users' community, a mining company,".
