Decision: Three applications to the Ontario Land Compensation Board for determination of compensation payable to the Claimants by the Respondent pursuant to the Expropriations Act, R.S.O. 1970, c. 154. Full taking of a property located in the City of Sudbury developed with a tenant-occupied two storey commercial building. The land was taken for urban renewal purposes. The Board made separate awards for each of the two leasehold interests and the fee simple owner. The total amount of compensation awarded was $175,000 plus interest and costs.
