Decision: Four applications by the Claimants to the Alberta Land Compensation Board for determination of compensation following acquisition of land by the Respondent pursuant to the Expropriation Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. In each case the Board fixed amounts payable for market value and disturbance damages that were less than the advance payments paid by the Respondent. Leave was granted to the parties to apply for determination of interest and costs.
