Decision: Application to the Exchequer Court of Canada for determination of compensation payable following two expropriations carried out by the Plaintiff pursuant to the Expropriation Act, R.S.C. 1927, c. 64. The two expropriated properties were adjacent to each other and located in the City of Hull, Quebec. A factory was located on one of the parcels taken. The court awarded $45,800 plus interest for the first parcel and $350,000 without interest for the second parcel. Costs were also awarded.
